Ingredients for Without Mawa Mawa Roll Recipe

  • 1/20 cup 1/2 cup milk powder
  • 0.40 tsp 1 cup coconut powder
  • 0.40 tbsp or as per taste Sugar powder / Mishri powder
  • A Pinch 2-3 tsp
  • 0.40 inch pistachios and almonds chopped

Directions: Without Mawa Mawa Roll Recipe

  • STEP 1.Method --
  • STEP 2.Mix milk powder, coconut powder, sugar powder, food color and small cardamom powder in a large bowl.
  • STEP 3.Now add one spoon of milk and mix all the powdered ingredients
  • STEP 4.Use milk as much as the powdered ingredients are hard
  • STEP 5.to knead
  • STEP 6.Now make 2 parts of the kneaded mixture
  • STEP 7.Knead one part by adding color and leave it like this
  • STEP 8.Place colored dough on a plastic sheet and cover it with a plastic sheet and roll it well.
  • STEP 9.Now spread the pistachio almond mixture on it and roll it with the help of a plastic sheet.
  • STEP 10.Now put another dough in a plastic sheet and roll it too
  • STEP 11.Now place the colored dough on the rolled dough and roll it well with the help of a plastic sheet and fold the sides as well and keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 12.Take out the roll from the fridge and cut it and serve it delicious without mawa sweet roll
