Deseed the melon and cut it into cubes.

STEP 01

Add water to a pot and bring it to a boil.

STEP 02

Add pork in water followed by ginger.

STEP 03

Once water begins to boil again, remove the pork.

STEP 04

Add water to a pot and boil it then add pork, goji berries, carrots, honey date and red dates.

STEP 05

Reduce the flame and let the soup boil at a low flame for 70 mins.

STEP 06

Lastly, add winter melon and allow it to cook at simmer flame for about 20 mins.
