How to Make Winter Melon Soup Recipe

STEP 01

Deseed melon and cut into cubes

add water in a pot and bring it to boil

add pork in water followed by ginger

step 4

once water begins to boil again & remove the pork

step 5

add water in a pot and boil it then add pork,goji berries,carrots,honey date and red dates

step 6

reduce the flame and let the soup boil at low flame for 70 mins

step 7

STEP 01

lastly,add winter melon and allow it to cook at simmer flame for about 20 mins
