  • 0.13 teaspoon - ajwain (carom seeds)
  • 0.13 teaspoon - salt
  • 1 tablespoons - ghee or oil
  • As required - Water as needed
  • As required - Oil for frying

Directions: Whole Wheat Mathri Recipe

  • STEP 1.Instructions
  • STEP 2.1. *Prepare Dough:* Mix whole wheat flour, semolina, ajwain, and salt. Add ghee and mix well. Gradually add water to form a stiff dough. Rest for 20 minutes.
  • STEP 3.2. *Roll Out:* Divide dough into small balls. Roll out into thin circles or desired shapes.
  • STEP 4.3. *Fry Mathri:* Heat oil in a pan and fry mathri until golden brown and crispy.
