Ingredients for White sauce pasta Recipe

  • 1/4 Cup Pasta boiled
  • 1/4 Tsp Oil
  • 1/10 Cup Corn
  • 1/4 Pieces capsicum chopped
  • 1/4 Pieces Onion chopped
  • 1 Pieces arlic chopped
  • 1/4 Pieces Tomato chopped
  • 1/4 Tsp Butter
  • 1 Tsp Cheese
  • 1/2 Cups Milk
  • 1/4 Pieces Black pepper
  • To Taste Chilli flakes
  • To Taste Salt
  • To Taste Oregano

Directions: White Sauce Pasta Recipe

  • STEP 1.Add penne pasta 1 cup to the water and boil it.
  • STEP 2.Take water in a pan. Add 1tsp of oil and bring it to boil. It will take around 7-10 min for the pasta to boil.
  • STEP 3.After it strains the pasta. Take out the pasta in a bowl.
  • STEP 4.Heat little oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic. Now add sliced onion,capsicum, and corns to the pan. Saute for a while. After this take it out on a plate.
  • STEP 5.In the same pan add 1tbsp of butter. Then add maida-2 tbsp. Roast maida well. Now add milk 1.5 cups gradually. Use a whisk to combine it well. Cook the white sauce properly. Add Chilli flakes- 1tsp, black pepper powder- 1tsp, salt to taste, and mix it.
  • STEP 6.Now add the stir fried veggies. Add boiled pasta. Mix well. Now sprinkle cheese cubes, oregano cover pan for 1-2 min than Ready to serve.
