Ingredients for Wheat masala poori Recipe

  • 1/2 cups Wheat flour
  • 1/2 tablespoons Oil
  • As Required As per taste Salt
  • 0.13 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon jeera
  • as required Oil for frying

Directions: Wheat Masala Poori Recipe

  • STEP 1.Add all dry masala in flour & mix it properly. Oil is also added to flour. Now we kneading dough. Not so hard not so soft. We make a medium-type dough.
  • STEP 2.Not make small pedas. Roll it not so thick not so thin. On another side, we add oil to a pan, heated it very well.
  • STEP 3.Drop the puri in oil & cook it on both sides. After color change like brown put out it from oil on a tissue paper.The puris are ready to Serve.
