Ingredients for Wheat flour simple puri Recipe

  • 1/5 cup wheat flour
  • 1/5 nos pinch of salt
  • 1/10 tsp Oil
  • As required needed water
  • As required Oil For Frying

Directions: Wheat Flour Simple Puri Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a bowl add wheat flour oil and salt. Mix well and add water gradually to form stiff dough. Allow it to rest for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 2.After 10 minutes divide the dough into equal sized small balls. Heat oil in a frying pan. Now take each ball of dough and roll it into poori shape (circle) with a rolling pin. Make sure the rolled dough is not too thin nor thick.
  • STEP 3.Now slide the flattened dough into the hot oil. When it puffs flip it carefully and when done transfer it to a plate with paper towel to drain excess oil. Serve it
