wheat flour biscuit is a delicious,bakery style biscuit made using wheat flour,butter,salt and sugar these biscuits are great accompaniment for tea and could be made at home easily
STEP 2.now take a mixing bowl add sugar and butter mix it well for 5 minutes
STEP 3.Now add cardamon powder baking powder and salt mix it well
STEP 4.Now add wheat flour little by little. no need of adding water as butter and sugar will make the consistency of the dough perfectly.If need sprinkle little and keep it a side for 20 minutes.
STEP 5.After 20minutes make ball spread like chapathi with thickness of 1/4inch cut into shape as you like or you can use cookies cutter.
STEP 6.In a plate keep creased butter paper and arrange the biscuits in the plate
STEP 7.Now take a kadai and keep a stand.preheat the kadai for 10 minutes after that keep the biscuits plate on the stand close the kadai and keep for 20 minutes
STEP 8.After 20minutes take the biscuits out and allow it to cool initially it will be soft while its hot after cooling it will be crunchy.
STEP 9.Wheat flour biscuits are now ready to serve
