Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, rice flour, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Add water gradually and mix well to form a smooth batter.
  • STEP 3.Heat a tawa or non-stick pan and pour a ladleful of batter onto it.
  • STEP 4.Spread the batter in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.
  • STEP 5.Drizzle oil around the edges and cook until the dosa turns golden brown.
  • STEP 6.Flip the dosa and cook for a minute on the other side.
  • STEP 7.Remove from the pan and serve hot with chutney or sambar.
