0.67 cups Aashirvaad wheat flour
0.17 cup Aashirvaad besan
0.33 nos green chilly
0.17 tsp crushed pepper
0.17 tsp Ginger
As required Oil
As required * To make Manchurian
0.33 nos Onion
0.33 nos Capsicum
1.67 nos Garlic pods
As required Curry leaves few
0.33 tbsp tomato sauce
0.33 tbsp chilly sauce
0.17 tbsp soya sauce
0.33 tbsp schezwan sauce
As required Salt
0.33 tbsp Oil
As required Spring onion few
Directions: Wheat Besan Bonda Manchurian Recipe
STEP 1.In a bowl mix Aashirvaad Wheat flour, Aashirvaad besan little water.
STEP 2.Beat well and add green chillies,salt, pepper,ginger mix well. It should be in a bonda consistency
STEP 3.Deep fry in oil and keep aside.
STEP 4.Now in a pan add oil, garlic, onion, capsicum, curry leaves fry well.
STEP 5.Now add all the sauces mix well and add salt,fried bonda mix well and add spring onion mix and serve.
