  • 3/4 ounce Tomato paste
  • 0.13 Habanero pepper whole with only stem removed, this is very spicy
  • 0.13 teaspoon Ginger fresh minced or microplaned
  • 0.03 teaspoon Thyme dried
  • 0.03 teaspoon Oregano dried
  • 0.03 teaspoon Black pepper fresh ground
  • 0.13 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.13 teaspoon Paprika smoked
  • 1/4 Cubes chicken bouillon qty 2 4 gram cubes, crushed fine
  • 0.13 Bay leaf
  • 1/4 cup Rice parboiled, do not rinse
  • 0.38 cup Water 1 blended with tomato and habanero, 2 added with rice
  • 0.13 tablespoon Parsley for garnish
