  • 1/4 tablespoon Oil
  • 1/4 Onion, Chopped
  • 1/2 cloves Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1/2 cup Mixed Vegetables, Chopped

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a large pan and cook the Quorn sausages until browned.
  • STEP 3.Remove the sausages from the pan and set aside.
  • STEP 4.In the same pan, sauté the onion, garlic, and vegetables until softened.
  • STEP 5.Add the tomato sauce, herbs, and seasoning to the pan.
  • STEP 6.Simmer for 5 minutes.
