Watermelon is one of the appropriately consumed fruits during summer. It has good amounts of potassium, magnesium, and other important nutrients. The most familiar edible part is the fruit but once you scrape the green skin you can notice the “rind” which is equally edible. It tastes similar to cucumber. Today i present a curry which tastes delicious when served with hot steamed rice and roti.
