Ingredients for Watermelon mint mojito Recipe

  • 60 g Watermelon
  • 1/5 cup Mint leaves
  • 0.80 tablespoons Fine sugar
  • 1/5 cup Lime Juice
  • 1.60 cup 8 fluid ounce white rum (1 cup
  • 1.60 Pieces lime rounds
  • as required chilled club soda (as required)
  • as required ice cubes (as required)

Directions: Watermelon Mint Mojito Recipe

  • STEP 1.Add watermelon cubes to the large jar of a blender and blend until smooth. Don’t bother if the watermelon has a few seeds. We are going to strain the juice anyway.
  • STEP 2.Strain the juice through a fine-mesh strainer in a bowl or a pitcher. Press with the back of a ladle to get maximum juice. Discard the pulp. Straining the juice gives a clear drink. Set aside.
  • STEP 3.Add mint to a pitcher and muddle it using a muddler or a wooden spoon. Add sugar and lime juice to the pitcher and stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  • STEP 4.Stir in the white rum and watermelon juice.
  • STEP 5.Take 4 tall serving glasses and add 2-3 ice cubes, 2 lime rounds and 2-3 mint leaves to each of them.
  • STEP 6.Fill half of the glasses with the watermelon juice mixture and then top with club soda. Garnish with a watermelon slice and mint leaves. Serve watermelon mojito immediately!
