Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash the watermelon peel thoroughly and remove any green skin.
  • STEP 2.Cut the peel into small pieces and boil them in water until they become soft.
  • STEP 3.Drain the water and blend the boiled peel into a smooth paste.
  • STEP 4.In a pan, heat ghee and add the watermelon peel paste.
  • STEP 5.Cook the paste on low heat for a few minutes, stirring continuously.
  • STEP 6.Add sugar, milk, and cardamom powder to the pan and mix well.
  • STEP 7.Continue cooking the mixture on low heat until it thickens and starts leaving the sides of the pan.
  • STEP 8.Pour the mixture into a greased tray and spread it evenly.
