How to Make Watercress Soup Recipe

step 1

STEP 01

Boil blanch bones along with ginger for 10 mins.

step 2

STEP 01

Take a pot add 2 ½ litre water, pork bones, goji berries, watercress, red dates and bring it to a boil.

step 3

STEP 01

Once it comes to boil reduce the heat to minimum and cook it at least for 1 ½ hour and serve hot.
