Watercress Soup Recipe

A very healthy delicious soup prepared from pork bones,goji berries and red dates. Watercress soup is a soup prepared using the leaf vegetable watercress as a primary ingredient. It may be prepared as a cream soup or as a broth/stock-based soup using vegetable or chicken stock. Watercress soup made with onions, potatoes, a little white wine and bunches of fresh watercress.

Ingredients for Watercress Soup Recipe

  • 150 gram pork bones
  • 1 cm ginger
  • 2 tablespoon goji berries
  • As required Watercress
  • 4 Nos red dates
  • 2.50 liter Water

Directions: Watercress Soup Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Boil blanch bones along with ginger for 10 mins.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Take a pot add 2 ½ litre water, pork bones, goji berries, watercress, red dates and bring it to a boil.

step 3

  • STEP 1.Once it comes to boil reduce the heat to minimum and cook it at least for 1 ½ hour and serve hot.
