Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds, chopped onions, and green chilies. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for a minute. Then add minced meat and cook until it changes color.
  • STEP 3.Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 4.In a separate bowl, mix all-purpose flour, salt, and ghee. Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough.
  • STEP 5.Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into thin circles. Place a spoonful of the cooked minced meat mixture in the center of each circle.
  • STEP 6.Fold the circle in half and seal the edges by pressing with a fork. Repeat for all the lukhmis.
