  • 250 Gms Water chest nut flour
  • 150 Gms Steamed or boiled water chestnuts, baby carrots and broccoli mix
  • 10 Gms Peanuts
  • 1 Tsp Imli chutney
  • 1 Tsp Green chutney (Hari chutney)
  • 1/2 Tsp Curd
  • A Pinch Salt (saindha namak)
  • A Pinch Black pepper
  • 0.13 Tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Dry green chilli flakes

Directions: Vrat Ki Papdi Chaat With Water Chestnut And Peanuts Recipe

  • STEP 1.Knid the dough of water chest nut flour. And then fry them after making papdi of them.
  • STEP 2.Boil water chestnut. Cool them down.
  • STEP 3.Deep fry the peanuts.
  • STEP 4.Chopped the water chestnut.
  • STEP 5.Filled the papdi with boiled water chestnut, crunchy peanuts, salt, black pepper and both chutneys.
  • STEP 6.Add curd and namkeen to the top.
