250 Gms Water chest nut flour
150 Gms Steamed or boiled water chestnuts, baby carrots and broccoli mix
10 Gms Peanuts
1 Tsp Imli chutney
1 Tsp Green chutney (Hari chutney)
1/2 Tsp Curd
A Pinch Salt (saindha namak)
A Pinch Black pepper
0.13 Tsp Cumin powder
1/4 Tsp Dry green chilli flakes

STEP 1.Knid the dough of water chest nut flour. And then fry them after making papdi of them.
STEP 2.Boil water chestnut. Cool them down.
STEP 3.Deep fry the peanuts.
STEP 4.Chopped the water chestnut.
STEP 5.Filled the papdi with boiled water chestnut, crunchy peanuts, salt, black pepper and both chutneys.
STEP 6.Add curd and namkeen to the top.
