Ingredients for Vietnami spring roll Recipe

  • 2 Pieces Rice paper
  • 1/5 cup Cabbage chopped
  • 1/5 cup capsicum chopped
  • 1/10 cup Carrot
  • 1/5 cup spring onion (white part)
  • 1/20 tsp Black pepper
  • to taste Salt.. according to taste
  • 4 g water
  • 0.40 tsp Soya sauce
  • 1/5 tsp Chilli flakes
  • 0.40 tsp Sesame seeds
  • 0.40 tsp Lemon juice

Directions: Vietnami Spring Roll Recipe

  • STEP 1.First of all cut the vegetables into long size. Finally chopped the garlic. Put the oil ni a pan. Let's fry garlic lightly, and add hopped vegetables, stir fry vegetables. Add black pepper and salt mix it gently and turn off the gas. Let's the stuffing cool down. Now apply water on rice paper and soften it, and prepare the spring roll by filling stuffing.
  • STEP 2.To make the dip, prepare the dip by mixing all the ingredients
