  • 1/2-1 tablespoon sweet thai chili sauce I used 4 tablespoons
  • 1/4 pound ground pork sausage or links and casing removed
  • 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce check for gluten free labels if needed
  • 1/2 tablespoon fish sauce check for gluten free labels if needed
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 head butter lettuce
  • 0.13 cup sweet thai chili sauce for dipping
