  • STEP 1.In a large pot, add lamb bones, onions, ginger, star anise, cinnamon, cloves, and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 hours.
  • STEP 2.Strain the broth and return it to the pot. Add fish sauce and sugar, and adjust the seasoning to taste.
