Ingredients for Vermicelli payasam Recipe

  • 0.33 Cup Vermicelli
  • 1 Cups Milk
  • A Few Saffron
  • As Required Sugar
  • 0.67 Tbsp Dry fruits optional
  • 0.67 Tsp hee

Directions: Vermicelli Payasam Recipe

  • STEP 1.Roast Vermicelli in ghee nd keep aside. Take pan add milk and allow a boil. Then add cardamom powder and simmer for few minutes. Then add roasted vermicelli and keep stirring.. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, add sugar nd chopped dry fruits and stir well. Mixture thickens. When it's ready .then allow to cool, serve after 2-3 hours. Garnish with dry fruits and serve.
