Ingredients for Vermicelli fruit custard 💖 Recipe
As required Ingredients:
1 tbsp ) vanilla custard powder.
1 tbsp ) ghee.
1.17 cup ) vermicelli/ semiya.
1.67 cup ) milk.
1.83 tsp ) cardamom powder.
2.17 tsp ) safron.
3 tbsp ) chopped dry fruits.
3 cup ) fresh fruits.
3.33 tbsp ) sugar.
3.33 nos ) condensed milk.
Directions: Vermicelli Fruit Custard 💖 Recipe
STEP 1.Method:
STEP 2.1) In a small bowl, add 2 tbsp milk and custard powder. Mix well until combined.
STEP 3.2) In a heavy bottom pan, add ghee and vermicelli. Roast the vermicelli on medium heat for 2-3 mins.
STEP 4.3) Now add milk to the pan and stir well . After that, crush the safron.
STEP 5.4) Also add cardamom powder. Mix well and let it come to boil . Once it starts to boil add 1/2 cup of milk and stir again.
STEP 6.5) Let it cook on medium heat for 8-10 mins . Keep scraping the sides of the pan .
STEP 7.6)Now add sugar and condensed milk and stir well.
STEP 8.7) Now stir the custard mix and add it to the pan. Mix well, and cook for 3-4 mins keep stirring continuously to prevent it from turning lumps and sticking to the pan. At this point, you can add more milk if it seems to thick. Now turn off the flame.
STEP 9.8) Transfer it a large mixing bowl and let it cool down completely at room temperature. After that, chill it for 3-4 hrs.
STEP 10.9) To assemble vermicelli fruit custard add 1-2 tbsp of fruits. Then fill the dish with vermicelli fruit custard.
STEP 11.10) Top it with pomegranate nd chopped nuts. 💖
