Recipe By Slurrp

Veppam poo rasam, also known as neem flower rasam, is a traditional South Indian soup made with neem flowers, tamarind, and spices. It is a tangy and flavorful rasam that is known for its medicinal properties. The neem flowers add a unique bitterness to the rasam, which is balanced by the tanginess of tamarind and the spiciness of the spices. Serve it hot with rice and a side dish for a comforting and healthy meal.
