Ingredients for VEGGIES SPINACH CURRY Recipe

  • A Bunch Spinach
  • 2.50 Pieces Beans
  • 1/2 Pieces Carrot
  • 1/4 Pieces Potato
  • 1/2 Pieces Tomato
  • 1/2 Pieces Onions
  • 3 pieces Cashew
  • 1/2 Inch Ginger
  • 2.50 Pieces Garlic
  • 1/2 Pieces Cloves

Directions: Veggies Spinach Curry Recipe

  • STEP 1.Chop all veggies & boil
  • STEP 2.Blanch spinach in hot water for 30 seconds ( after rinsing well)
  • STEP 3.Take out excess water ( store for later use)
  • STEP 4.Grind spinach, garlic 4 pods,ginger, tomato & cashews into fine paste
  • STEP 5.Now heat pan, add oil
  • STEP 6.Fry cardamom 1,cloves 2& cinnamon 2 pieces till aromatic
  • STEP 7.Add chopped remaining garlic & chopped onions
  • STEP 8.Fry till soft
  • STEP 9.Add 1 tsp chillies powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp cumin powder & mix well
  • STEP 10.Now add boiled veggies, garam masala 1 tsp & salt
  • STEP 11.Mix well & adjust consistency using stored spinach water
  • STEP 12.Tastes great with chapatis
