Ingredients for Veggies appe Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Sooji.....one cup
  • 1/2 cup Curd .....one cup
  • 1/2 tsp Eno ......one tsp
  • to taste Salt ..... .. according to taste
  • 1/2 Pieces Onion.....one small size
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds .......one tsp
  • as required Oil ......as required
  • a bunch Curry leaves.......a bunch

Directions: Veggies Appe Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take sooji and curd mix them in a bowl
  • STEP 2.Keep them aside for half an hour
  • STEP 3.Till then get ready for tadka that u add in appe
  • STEP 4.Mixture.Chop Onion in small pieces
  • STEP 5.Add very small oil to the pan
  • STEP 6.Then when the oil is hot add mustard seeds when the seeds start cracking add onion
  • STEP 7.Saute them till they get golden brown
  • STEP 8.Then add salt according to the taste
  • STEP 9.Little bit red pepper
  • STEP 10.Last ....add curry leaves
  • STEP 11.Mix them....let it cool for 10 minutes
  • STEP 12.Now add this tadka to the mixture of curd and sooji
  • STEP 13.Now pre heat the appe pan
  • STEP 14.Grease the pan with oil
  • STEP 15.Now add one spoon of eno to mixture
  • STEP 16.Add eno only then when ur pan is ready to cook
  • STEP 17.Nowwith the help of spoon add mixture to appe pan 🥘
  • STEP 18.Let them cook on medium flame
  • STEP 19.Flip the appe with the knife or any wooden stick provided with pan☺️
  • STEP 20.Now appe are ready....serve them with sauce or green chutney
