Ingredients for Vegetarian Kebab Recipe
- 250 gram Spinach
- 3 No.s Potatoes
- 50 gram Gram flour
- 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoon Mango powder
- 2 tablespoon Garam Masala
- As required Almonds A few
- 2 tablespoon Ginger garlic
- 3 No.s Green chillies
- 1/4 cup Capsicum
- 100 gram Paneer
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- As required Salt

How to Make Vegetarian Kebab Recipe
STEP 01
Take 250 grams of spinach, wash them properly
STEP 02
Take a wok, add some cups of water and let it boil and add some spinach in the wok. now cook it for 3 minutes
STEP 03
Take a pan, heat some oil and add some garlic, capsicum, green chillies, peas now cook these ingredients for 3 minutes.
STEP 04
Take these ingredients out in a grinder. Make a paste.
STEP 05
Transfer the paste in a bowl, add the boiled potatoes, bread crumbs, turmeric powder, garam masala, gram flour, coriander leaves .
STEP 06
Make a uniform non sticky dough, form small dough balls now put some almonds on it and coat with some bread crumbs.
STEP 07
Now take a deep frying pan and deep fry the kebabs. Take them out when done.
STEP 08
Garnish with some chutney.
