Ingredients for Vegetarian Jalfrezi Recipe

  • 250 gram Chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 3 No.s Green chillies
  • 2 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1 cup chopped Yellow and red peppers
  • 0.12 cup chopped Tomato
  • 1/4 cup Capsicum
  • As required Cashews A few
  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dry fenugreek powder
  • 2 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • As required Salt
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 0.17 cup Cauliflower
  • 0.17 cup Radish
  • 1/4 cup Potatoes
  • 150 gram Paneer

Directions: Vegetarian Jalfrezi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a pan, add 2 spoons of butter.  then add some sliced tomatoes,  onions, cashews, some red chilli powder,  dry fenugreek leaves,  garam masal and add 2 cups of water.
  • STEP 2.Cook the ingredients for 25 minutes on high flame. Now add some vinegar,  sugar and salt to taste. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Grind the cooled mixture into a mixer grinder and form a paste.
  • STEP 4.Take the pan again, add 2 spoons of butter now add yellow peppers,  red pepper, capsicum,  peas, cauliflower, potatoes, radish, paneer etc.
  • STEP 5.Cook these vegetable for 10 minutes. Cook them about 80% . Add some salt to taste and mix nicely. Now add the gravy prepared earlier.  mix nicely and serve fresh.
