Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, cumin, coriander, garam masala, chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Add tofu cubes to the marinade and coat them well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Thread the marinated tofu cubes onto skewers.
  • STEP 4.Place the skewers on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, turning them halfway through.
  • STEP 5.Once the tofu is cooked and slightly charred, remove from the oven and serve hot.
