Ingredients for Vegetarian Corn Chowder Soup Recipe

  • 1 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive oil
  • 2 Celery, chopped stalks
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1.50 cup Water or more if required
  • 2 No.s Potatoes boiled and peeled
  • 1 cup Sweet corn steamed
  • 1 cup Black peppercorns
  • 1/2 teaspoon Whole black peppercorns roughly pound for garnish

Directions: Vegetarian Corn Chowder Soup Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Slice 2 stalks of celery and saute in 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil till soft. Keep aside.

step 2

  • STEP 2.1 in a blender jar add 2 boiled and peeled potatoes,1 cup steamed sweet corn, 2 stalks of celery chopped and sauteed till soft,1 tsp peppercorns and 1 cup milk, 1 cup water to blend or more if required.

step 3

  • STEP 3.2 blend till smooth texture is reached.

step 4

  • STEP 4.3 transfer to a saucepan and bring to a brisk boil. Turn off the heat and serve hot.

step 5

  • STEP 5.4 garnish with ½ tsp roughly pounded black peppercorns.
