  • 1/4 bowl soaked basmati rice
  • 1/4 bowl mix vegetables cut in chunks
  • 1/4 teaspoon For Yakhni Potli, fennel seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon corriender seeds
  • 1.50-2 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 inch ginger cut in pieses
  • 1/4 Other ingredients for yakhni, bay leaf
  • 1/4 stick Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Star anise
  • 1/4 black cardamom
  • 1/2 green cardamom
  • 2 black pepper corn
  • 3/4 strings mace
  • 1 Cloves
  • 1/4 As required tsp salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon For tempting, cumin seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon shahi jeera
  • 1/4 bay leaf
  • 1/4 stick Cinnamon
  • 1/4 big size onion cut in julien
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 0.13 cup curd
  • 3/4 green chillies cut in half
  • 1/4 kashmiri chilli cut in 3 to 4 pieses
  • 1/4 teaspoon fennel powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon desi ghee
  • As required Adjust salt according
