Traditionaly yakhni pulao made with mutton but here is twist and i make it with vegetables. Really it's so tasty and yummy and perfect recipe for lunch time.

- 1/4 bowl soaked basmati rice
- 1/4 bowl mix vegetables cut in chunks
- 1/4 teaspoon For Yakhni Potli, fennel seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon corriender seeds
- 1.50-2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 inch ginger cut in pieses
- 1/4 Other ingredients for yakhni, bay leaf
- 1/4 stick Cinnamon
- 1/4 Star anise
- 1/4 black cardamom
- 1/2 green cardamom
- 2 black pepper corn
- 3/4 strings mace
- 1 Cloves
- 1/4 As required tsp salt
- 1/4 teaspoon For tempting, cumin seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon shahi jeera
- 1/4 bay leaf
- 1/4 stick Cinnamon
- 1/4 big size onion cut in julien
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic paste
- 0.13 cup curd
- 3/4 green chillies cut in half
- 1/4 kashmiri chilli cut in 3 to 4 pieses
- 1/4 teaspoon fennel powder
- 0.13 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1/2 tablespoon desi ghee
- As required Adjust salt according
