How to Make Vegetables And Tofu Stir Fry Recipe

step 1

STEP 01

In a wok, heat 1 cup of oil for deep frying, add 300 gm tofu cut into bite size pieces and fry for 5 minutes till light brown.

STEP 01

Use a slotted spoon to remove and drain the fried tofu. Keep aside.

step 3

STEP 01

In another wok heat 2 tbsp oil, add 3 cloves chopped garlic, 1 cm chopped ginger, 1 chopped spring onion and fry for a few seconds.

STEP 01

Add 1 thinly sliced carrot , 1 thinly sliced green pepper, ¼ cabbage cut into bite size pieces and stir fry for 2 minutes.

STEP 01

Add the fried tofu, 2 tbsp soy sauce, salt to taste and stir fry for 2 minutes.

STEP 01

Turn off the heat, transfer onto a dish and serve.
