1000 gram Fish
3 tablespoon Ginger and garlic paste

STEP 1.Lal shak diye macher jhol

STEP 2.Wash lal shak properly with lukewarm water and wash onions and chili as well.

STEP 3.Cut lal shak and onions into pieces.

STEP 5.Now cut the fish into pieces and clear all its shells and wash it with lukewarm water.
