  • None Lal shak
  • 1 cup Onion Chopped
  • None Green chilies
  • None Coriander leaf
  • 1000 gram Fish
  • 3 tablespoon Ginger and garlic paste
  • NaN cup Water
  • 1-2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1-2 tablespoon Red chili powder
  • None Salt
  • None Cooking Oil

  • 1-2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1-2 tablespoon Red chili powder
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 500 gram Sem

Directions: Vegetable With Fish Recipe(2 Types)

  • STEP 1.Lal shak diye macher jhol

step 2

  • STEP 2.Wash lal shak properly with lukewarm water and wash onions and chili as well.

  • STEP 3.Cut lal shak and onions into pieces.

step 4

  • STEP 4.Cut chilies into 2 pieces from the center-half.

  • STEP 5.Now cut the fish into pieces and clear all its shells and wash it with lukewarm water.

  • STEP 6.Now take a small bowl and put the fish pieces along with salt and turmeric and leave it for 10-20 mins.

  • STEP 7.Aloo sem aar macher er chorchori

  • STEP 8.Wash sem and potatoes with lukewarm water.

  • STEP 9.Cut sem and potatoes into pieces.

  • STEP 10.Lal shak diye macher jhol-

  • STEP 11.Take a saucepan and pour some cooking oil into it for heating.

  • STEP 12.Now add chopped onion and green chili and fry it until it gets a lil brown in color.

  • STEP 13.Now add ginger and garlic paste.

  • STEP 14.Now add water (2 cups).

  • STEP 15.Now add 1-2 tbsp of turmeric powder and 1-2 tbsp of red chili powder.

  • STEP 16.Now add salt (according to taste)

  • STEP 17.Now, wait until the water gets dry.

  • STEP 18.Now add 2 more cups of water to it.

  • STEP 19.Now add laal sakh and cover it and now wait until the lal sakh gets a bit softer.

  • STEP 20.Now add 2 more cups of water.

  • STEP 21.Now take another pan and pour cooking oil into it and now fry all the pieces of fish.

  • STEP 22.Now put the fried pieces of fish in the saucepan with coriander leaf.

  • STEP 26.Take a kadai and pour some oil(4-5 large tbsp) on it for heating.

  • STEP 27.Then add chopped onions and chili to the kadai and wait until it gets lil brown in color.

  • STEP 28.Then add ginger and garlic paste.

  • STEP 29.Add water(3-4 cups).

  • STEP 30.Now add 2tbsp turmeric powder/2tbsp red chili powder.

  • STEP 31.; and now add salt according to taste.

  • STEP 32.Now, after 5 mins of cooking, add sem and potatoes.

  • STEP 33.Now take another pan and pour cooking oil on it and put the cut pieces of fish to it and fry it properly so that it changes its color to dark brown color.

  • STEP 34.And after the potatoes and sem get a bit softer, add more 2 cups of water to it.

  • STEP 35.Now put the fried fish piecer and cover it with a plate and cook for more 5 mins.

  • STEP 36.And now your sem aalu aar macher chorchori is ready.
