  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, urad dal, and curry leaves.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped vegetables, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  • STEP 4.In a separate pan, dry roast the semolina until fragrant.
  • STEP 5.Add the roasted semolina to the vegetable mixture and mix well.
  • STEP 6.Add water and cook until the semolina is cooked through. Serve hot.
