Also they love to make sandwiches for lunch boxes too. We have lots of varieties of sandwich recipes in Jeyashris kitchen. Mostly, kids prefer sandwich with cheese or Mayonnaise. Most of the times I add cheese but sometimes I either run out of it or for health reasons I avoid it.

  • 2.67 nos Bread - slices
  • 0.67 nos Potatoes aloo - (boiled)
  • 0.67 nos Chopped onions Chopped tomato -

Directions: Vegetable. Tawa Sandwich Recipe

  • STEP 1.STUFFING - Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Saute for a while and add all spices to it. After few seconds, add chopped tomatoes and chillies. Cook for a while and then add boiled potatoes to it. add carrot Sprinkle coriander leaves and mix well. Switch off the flame. Stuffing is ready. heat a tawa bread add green chutney & tomato ketchup Remove it from the flame and spread sandwich mixture/ stuffing over it.
  • STEP 2.Press with another bread making a sandwich.
  • STEP 3.Toast it again from the both sides for a minute on slow flame.
  • STEP 4.Delicious and crunchy 'Tawa Sandwich' is ready to be served .
