The Vegetarian Quiche is a pie crust shell filled with a mixture of cream cheese, assorted vegetables and a savory cream custerd and baked to perfection.
STEP 2.STEP 1.1- Roll out the short crust pastry Dough on a lightly floured surface,cut a circle out with the help of a cake ring and place onto a pie mold.
STEP 3.STEP 2.2- press the dough sheet into the bottom and up the sides of the mold and the edges.
STEP 4.STEP 3.3-In a bowl, whisk fresh cream ,milk,salt and pepper.
STEP 5.STEP 4.4-stir in the blanched spinach and corn into the milk mixture. 5-pour the mixture into the pieces crust and grate cheese on top. 6- Bake in preheated oven until the centre is completely set. 7 bake it @ 150*c for 10-15 min.

STEP 13.7-bake it @150*c for 10-15 min.
