  • 0-24.50 gm -chilled butter
  • 0-6.50 gm -chilled water
  • 0-48.50 nos -flourgm
  • 1 nos -saltgm
  • As required Ingredients for filling
  • 0-32 gm -fresh cream
  • 0-31.50 nos -milkml
  • 1 nos -saltgm
  • 1 gm -black pepper
  • 0-1/2 gm -Corn flour
  • gm -greated cheese
  • 1/2 nos -flourgm
  • 4 nos -Capsicum
  • As required Onion
  • As required Spinach
  • As required garlic -as per required.

Directions: Vegetable Quiche Recipe

  • STEP 1.Recipe Make a Dough....
  • STEP 2.STEP 1.1- Roll out the short crust pastry Dough on a lightly floured surface,cut a circle out with the help of a cake ring and place onto a pie mold.
  • STEP 3.STEP 2.2- press the dough sheet into the bottom and up the sides of the mold and the edges.
  • STEP 4.STEP 3.3-In a bowl, whisk fresh cream ,milk,salt and pepper.
  • STEP 5.STEP 4.4-stir in the blanched spinach and corn into the milk mixture. 5-pour the mixture into the pieces crust and grate cheese on top. 6- Bake in preheated oven until the centre is completely set. 7 bake it @ 150*c for 10-15 min.
  • STEP 6.Method
  • STEP 7.1-Rolled out the short -crust pastry Dough on a lightly floured surface,cut a circle out with the help of a cake ring and place onto a pie mold.
  • STEP 8.2-Press the dough sheet into the bottom and up the sides of the mold and the edges.
  • STEP 9.3-In a bowl, whisk fresh cream, milk, salt and pepper.
  • STEP 10.4-stir in the blanched spinach and corn and vegetables into the milk mixture.
  • STEP 11.5-pour the mixture into the pie crust and grate cheese on top .
  • STEP 12.6Bake in a preheated oven until the centre is completely set
  • STEP 13.7-bake it @150*c for 10-15 min.
