Ingredients for vegetable pulao Recipe

  • 1 cup basmati rice
  • 1/4 cup choped vegetables
  • 2 tbsp cashew nuts and raisns
  • 0-1 nos whole garam masala pcs
  • As required Salt and sugar to taste
  • As required oil and ghee as needed

Directions: Vegetable Pulao Recipe

  • STEP 1.bol the rice adding salt and drain out the water.
  • STEP 2.now add ghee in a pan,heat and let the garam masala be aromatic.
  • STEP 3.fry th vegetables and nuts,raisin addding salt.
  • STEP 4.a tthe vegetables get soft ad the rice ,fry and mix adding salt and sugar as per taste.
  • STEP 5.serve hot with any gravy of your choice
