Ingredients for Vegetable pulao Recipe

  • 250 g Rice
  • 1 Cup green peas
  • 1 Pieces Onion
  • 1 Pieces Tomato
  • 1 Tbsp Fennel seeds
  • 2 Tbsp Salt
  • 5 Pieces green chilli
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • 1 Pieces Potato
  • 1 Pieces Carrot
  • 1 Pieces Cabbage
  • 4 Tbsp Oil
  • 2 Pieces Star anise
  • 1 Pieces Bay leaf
  • 2 Pieces Cloves
  • 4 Pieces Black pepper
  • 8 Pieces cashew
  • 2 Cup water

Directions: Vegetable Pulao Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in pressure cooker.
  • STEP 2.Add fennel seeds , let it split .
  • STEP 3.Now add bay leaf , star anise , clove , black pepper and ceshew .
  • STEP 4.Roast till ceshew's colour changes slightly .
  • STEP 5.Add chopped onion and green chilly cook well .
  • STEP 6.Now add green peas and fry for 2 minute .
  • STEP 7.Add all chopped veggies and mix it well .
  • STEP 8.Add tomato Puree , salt and sugar
  • STEP 9.Mix it well and cook for 2-3 minutes .
  • STEP 10.Now add washed rice and mix it well .
  • STEP 11.Cook it for 2 minutes and then add water (double of rice) .
  • STEP 12.Pick the pressure cooker and cook till 2 whistle
  • STEP 13.Open the pressure cooker when pressure relies automatically .
  • STEP 14.Are tasty and healthy pulao are ready to eat .
  • STEP 15.Pill the tomato and make rose to decorate your pulao .
