Ingredients for Vegetable Pulao Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Rice i used jasmine
  • 1/2 tablespoon Light Olive Oil
  • 1 Bay leaves
  • 1/2 stick Cinnamon
  • 3 Whole cloves
  • 2 Black peppercorns
  • 1 Whole allspice seeds trish's recipe called for whole pods of cardamom, but i adapted according to what i had on hand. if you have cardamom, definitely use
  • 1/2 Medium Onion Diced
  • 6 Baby carrots or one large carrot, diced small
  • 1/4 cup Frozen Corn
  • 1/4 cup Frozen peas
  • 0.38 teaspoon 1 kosher salt adjust to taste
