Ingredients for Vegetable Omlette Recipe

  • 8-9 stems Curry leaves
  • 100 gram Cucumber
  • 2 small Tomato
  • 4 Lemons
  • 200 gram Onion
  • 300 gram Long beans
  • 100 gram Ginger
  • 200 gram Garlic
  • 200 gram Carrot
  • As required Green chilli
  • As required Cooking Oil
  • As required Corn flour

Directions: Vegetable Omlette Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Chop onion into pieces. Cut long beans and other veggies.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Segregate curry leaves from stem and cut leaves into small pieces. Take 5 eggs and stir it properly with all the veggies

step 3

  • STEP 1.Add salt according to taste . Add red chili powder 1tsp, mixed spices 1 tsp, turmeric powder 1tsp, red chili powder 1tbsp and corn flour

step 4

  • STEP 1.Now mix it well . Now take kadai and pour cooking oil on it for heating.

step 5

  • STEP 1.Now pour the egg mixture and leave it till cooks properly and then turn it and cook it from both sides. And now serve it on a plate with cucumbers.
