  • 1/4 cup rosted oats
  • 1 tablespoon Grated carrots
  • 1/2 tablespoon Finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 tablespoon Finely chopped capsicum
  • 1/4 tablespoon finely chopped tomatoe
  • 1/4 tablespoon finely chopped green chilli
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon Rice flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon chicken masala
  • As Required water
  • A Few Drops Oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon Curd

Directions: Vegetable Oats Chilla Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a large bowl and mix together oats flour, vegetables and spices.
