Ingredients for Vegetable noodles Recipe

  • 40 gms Noodles
  • 0.30 cup Thinly sliced onion
  • 0.30 cup Thinly sliced capsicum
  • 0.40 cups Thinly sliced cabbage
  • 1/5 cup Thinly sliced carrot
  • 1/5 tbsp Finely chopped garlic
  • 1/5 tbsp pepper powder
  • as required Salt
  • 1/5 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 0.40 tbsp Green chilli sauce
  • 1/10 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1/20 cup Olive oil

Directions: Vegetable Noodles Recipe

  • STEP 1.Cook noodles as per instruction.
  • STEP 2.Spread in a plate.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a big pan.
  • STEP 4.Fry garlics for a min.
  • STEP 5.Add onion & capsicum & salt.
  • STEP 6.Fry on high flame till they are partially tender.
  • STEP 7.Add cabbage & carrot.
  • STEP 8.Continue frying till all are tender.
  • STEP 9.Add sauces & vinegar & pepper powder.
  • STEP 10.Give a good mix.
  • STEP 11.Add noodles.
  • STEP 12.Stir till everything mixes well & becomes hot.
