- 0.30 cup Thinly sliced capsicum
- 0.40 cups Thinly sliced cabbage
- 1/5 cup Thinly sliced carrot
- 1/5 tbsp Finely chopped garlic
- 1/5 tbsp pepper powder
- as required Salt
- 1/5 tbsp Soy sauce
- 0.40 tbsp Green chilli sauce
- 1/10 tbsp Vinegar
- 1/20 cup Olive oil

How to Make Vegetable Noodles Recipe
STEP 01
Cook noodles as per instruction.
STEP 02
Spread in a plate.
STEP 03
Heat oil in a big pan.
STEP 04
Fry garlics for a min.
STEP 05
Add onion & capsicum & salt.
STEP 06
Fry on high flame till they are partially tender.
STEP 07
Add cabbage & carrot.
STEP 08
Continue frying till all are tender.

Add sauces & vinegar & pepper powder.

Give a good mix.

Add noodles.

Stir till everything mixes well & becomes hot.
