Ingredients for Vegetable Maggie soup Recipe

  • 1 packet Maggie
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped carrots
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped beans
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chopped tomato
  • 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped green chilli
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Maggie masala powder
  • As Required water
  • 1 teaspoon Oil

Directions: Vegetable Maggie Soup Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pen add onion and green chilli fry for 1 minute
  • STEP 2.Add carrots, beans, tomato to the pan. Fry for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame.
  • STEP 3.Then add salt, turmeric powder and Maggi masala powder.
  • STEP 4.Makes well and roast the spices for 1 minute.
  • STEP 5.Add 2 cups of water to the pan and bring it to a boil on medium heat or until the water is almost absorbed.
  • STEP 6.Stir delicately and cook for another minute.
  • STEP 7.Serve hot.
