STEP 1.Heat oil in a pen add onion and green chilli fry for 1 minute
STEP 2.Add carrots, beans, tomato to the pan. Fry for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame.
STEP 3.Then add salt, turmeric powder and Maggi masala powder.
STEP 4.Makes well and roast the spices for 1 minute.
STEP 5.Add 2 cups of water to the pan and bring it to a boil on medium heat or until the water is almost absorbed.
STEP 6.Stir delicately and cook for another minute.
STEP 7.Serve hot.
