- 0.13 Juice of medium sized lemon
- 1/4 tablespoon chilli powder
- 1/2 Green chillies
- 0.13 tablespoon Garam Masala
- 0.13 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 0.13 cup coriander and mint leaves, finely chopped
- 1/4-0.38 tablespoon Salt
- 0.38 onions large, sliced and deep fried
- As required cashew nuts for garnishing
- As required almonds for garnishing
- 0.63 Whole spices cardamom pods
- 0.63 stick Cinnamon
- 1/2 Bay leaves
- 0.13 teaspoon Caraway seeds
- 1 Black peppercorns
- 0.63 Cloves
- 1/4 tablespoon saffron strands soaked in milk
- 1/100 teaspoon Biryani colour mixed in 2 tbsp milk
