Ingredients for Vegetable daliya kichdi Recipe

  • 50 g Dalia
  • 20 g Moong dal
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped potato
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped carrot
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped capsicum
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped tomato
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped beans
  • 2 Tbsp chopped peas
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1 Tbsp Ghee
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 2 Pieces green chili
  • 1.25 Cup Water
  • 2 Tsp Haldi powder

Directions: Vegetable Daliya Kichdi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take oil and ghee in a pan . After it gets hot add jeera , green chili . Add potato and beans , stir it . Add washed dalia and dal and mix it . Stir it for 2 mins . Add haldi , salt and luke warm water . After it boils add tomato , capsicum , peas and carrot . Let it steam for 10 minutes in low flame. Gaenish with dhaniya serve with curd and papad . Ready to serve
