Ingredients for Vegetable cutlet Recipe

  • 1 Pieces Boiled potatoes
  • 1/5 Pieces Onion
  • 1/10 Cups sweet corn
  • 1/5 Cup boiled peas
  • 1/5 Pieces Carrot
  • 0.60 Pieces reen chillies
  • 1/5 Tbsp aram masala
  • 1/5 Tbsp Black salt
  • 0.40 Tsp turmeric powder
  • To Taste salt
  • 1.20 Tbsp Corn flour
  • 1.20 Tbsp all purpose flour
  • 1/5 Cups bread crumbs

Directions: Vegetable Cutlet Recipe

  • STEP 1.👉 In a big bowl take boiled mashed potatoes add finely chopped vegetables, green chillies and onion..
  • STEP 2.👉 Add all spices and salt
  • STEP 3.👉 Add 3 to 4 tbsp corn flour
  • STEP 4.👉 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • STEP 5.Mix nicely and keep it aside
  • STEP 6.Take another bowl and mix 1/4 cup all purpose flour and corn flour add little salt and make slurry with the help of water
  • STEP 7.👉 Grease your hand take a big lemon size ball of mixture dip into the slurry.
  • STEP 8.👉Coat this with bread crumbs and deep fry them until both they sides turns brown and crisp.....
  • STEP 9.Best goes with mint chutney or tomato sauce
