  • 1 Pieces Boiled potatoes
  • 1/5 Pieces Onion
  • 1/10 Cups sweet corn
  • 1/5 Cup boiled peas
  • 1/5 Pieces Carrot
  • 0.60 Pieces reen chillies
  • 1/5 Tbsp aram masala
  • 1/5 Tbsp Black salt
  • 0.40 Tsp turmeric powder
  • To Taste salt
  • 1.20 Tbsp Corn flour
  • 1.20 Tbsp all purpose flour
  • 1/5 Cups bread crumbs

How to Make Vegetable Cutlet Recipe

STEP 01

👉 In a big bowl take boiled mashed potatoes add finely chopped vegetables, green chillies and onion..

STEP 02

👉 Add all spices and salt

STEP 03

👉 Add 3 to 4 tbsp corn flour

STEP 04

👉 1/2 cup bread crumbs

STEP 05

Mix nicely and keep it aside

STEP 06

Take another bowl and mix 1/4 cup all purpose flour and corn flour add little salt and make slurry with the help of water

STEP 07

👉 Grease your hand take a big lemon size ball of mixture dip into the slurry.

STEP 08

👉Coat this with bread crumbs and deep fry them until both they sides turns brown and crisp.....

STEP 09

Best goes with mint chutney or tomato sauce
