How to Make Vegetable Cutlet Recipe
STEP 01
👉 In a big bowl take boiled mashed potatoes add finely chopped vegetables, green chillies and onion..

👉 Add all spices and salt

👉 Add 3 to 4 tbsp corn flour
STEP 04
👉 1/2 cup bread crumbs
STEP 05
Mix nicely and keep it aside
STEP 06
Take another bowl and mix 1/4 cup all purpose flour and corn flour add little salt and make slurry with the help of water
STEP 07
👉 Grease your hand take a big lemon size ball of mixture dip into the slurry.
STEP 08
👉Coat this with bread crumbs and deep fry them until both they sides turns brown and crisp.....
STEP 09
Best goes with mint chutney or tomato sauce
