Ingredients for Vegetable Curry Recipe

  • 1 Nos white cabbage
  • 1 Nos aubergine
  • 5 Nos long beans
  • 12 tNos ofu puffs
  • 5 tablespoon Oil
  • 75 gram curry powder
  • 5 Nos curry leaves stalks
  • 1.50 liter Water
  • 3 tablespoon light soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 200 milliliter coconut milk

Directions: Vegetable Curry Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Cut all the veggies into pieces.

step 2

  • STEP 2.Soak tofu puffs in warm water

step 3

  • STEP 1.Add oil in a pan & heat it

step 4

  • STEP 1. Add aubergine and saute it until they are slightly brown

step 5

  • STEP 1. Take out the fried aubergine and put it aside

step 6

  • STEP 1.Using the same pan add oil & heat it

step 7

  • STEP 1. Then add curry powder and curry leaves and cook it for 1-2 mins until fragrant

step 8

  • STEP 1. Now add water followed by cabbage and long beans

step 9

  • STEP 1. Add salt,sugar and soy sauce.

step 10

  • STEP 1.add 1 tbsp of vegetarian seasoning (optional)

step 11

  • STEP 1.Now cook it for 20 mins at low to medium flame

step 12

  • STEP 1. Lastly add aubergine,tofu puffs, coconut milk and cook it for another 10 mins and serve instantly.
