Ingredients for Vegetable Curry Recipe
- 1 Nos white cabbage
- 1 Nos aubergine
- 5 Nos long beans
- 12 tNos ofu puffs
- 5 tablespoon Oil
- 75 gram curry powder
- 5 Nos curry leaves stalks
- 1.50 liter Water
- 3 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 200 milliliter coconut milk

How to Make Vegetable Curry Recipe
STEP 01
Cut all the veggies into pieces.

Soak tofu puffs in warm water

Add oil in a pan & heat it

Add aubergine and saute it until they are slightly brown

Take out the fried aubergine and put it aside

Using the same pan add oil & heat it

Then add curry powder and curry leaves and cook it for 1-2 mins until fragrant

Now add water followed by cabbage and long beans

Add salt,sugar and soy sauce.

add 1 tbsp of vegetarian seasoning (optional)

Now cook it for 20 mins at low to medium flame

Lastly add aubergine,tofu puffs, coconut milk and cook it for another 10 mins and serve instantly.
