Ingredients for vegetable chop Recipe

  • 0.33 nos potato pc
  • 0.33 nos beetroot pc
  • 0.33 nos carrot pc
  • 0.33 tsp ginger green chilli paste
  • 0.17 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 0.33 tsp black pepper powder
  • As required salt and sugar as needed
  • 0.33 cup bread crumbs
  • 0.17 gram Flour
  • As required Oil as needed

Directions: Vegetable Chop Recipe

  • STEP 1.peel and boil the veggies.
  • STEP 2.mash the veggies and add allthe spices along with ginger chilli paste.make balls of the mixture.
  • STEP 3.make a thick batter with gram flour ,salt and pepper powder.
  • STEP 4.now dip the balls in this mixture and roll over bread crumbs. keep it aside to rest.
  • STEP 5.heat the oil and fry the chops well till it is crisp
  • STEP 6.serve hot with tea.
