Ingredients for Vegetable cheese parantha Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Aata
  • 40 gm Cheese greated
  • 1 tbsp Boiled sweet corn
  • 1/2 Pieces I piece Onion
  • 2 tbsp Pizza sauce
  • 1/2 Pieces piece capsicum
  • As Required Salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tbsp chilly FLAKES

Directions: Vegetable Cheese Parantha Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mix half tsp salt in atta and make a soft dough. Leave it for 15 minutes to rest.
  • STEP 2.Divide the dough into two portions and roll one portion in a chapati shape.
  • STEP 3.Then spread pizza sauce evenly on this chapati.
  • STEP 4.Spread finely chopped onions, capsicum and corns on it.
  • STEP 5.Sprinkle Oregano and Chilly flakes.
  • STEP 6.Now add grated cheese on the top.
  • STEP 7.Now fold the chapati into semi circle.
  • STEP 8.Now bake this in air fryer at 180° for 15 mins.
  • STEP 9.You can also shallow fry it with butter on tawa at low flame.
  • STEP 10.Vegetable Cheese Parantha is ready. You can serve it with pickle or ketchup.
