STEP 1.In a pan, put some oil, cumin seeds, and put some chopped veggies like garlic, onion, green chilli, spring onion,carrot, capcicum,peas.
STEP 2.Then put some spices like salt , red chilli powder, garm masala powder,cumin powder,and coriander powder..
STEP 3.And keep the flame slow.put some soaked.coriender leaves, boiled and mashed potatoes, and mix them all.
STEP 4.Then turn off the flame and let it for cooling down and make some cutlet from it..take some corn flour and all purpose flour.put some salt and black pepper powder in it and make a batter by adding some wayer in it..
STEP 5.Dip the cutlet/ tikki in the better and wrap it with bread crumbs..
STEP 6.Fry them in the heated oil and make them crispy on high flame..
Some mayonnaise sauce on one part.put the fried..
