How to Make Vegetable Burger Recipe

step 1

STEP 01

take 1cup cooked rice in a bowl, add finely chopped onion, 1tsp chopped ginger, 2tbsp grated mozzarella cheese, 2 chopped green chilies, ½ cup grated carrot, 1/4tsp pepper powder. Mix well.

STEP 01

beat an egg and add it to the mixture. Add salt to taste and 3-5tsp bread crumbs. Mix well.

STEP 01

grease a plate and your hand with oil. Make balls of the mixture and shape it to patties and place it on the plate.

STEP 01

refrigerate it for 30mins. heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the patties in low-medium flame. When both sides become golden brown, take it out of the oil.

step 5

STEP 01

take a pair of buns and spread 1tbsp mayonnaise on one piece. Place lettuce on the mayonnaise, place one slice of cheese on the lettuce, then tomato slices and cucumber slices, then tomato ketchup, then patties, then tomato and cucumber slices.

step 6

STEP 01

spread 1 tsp mayonnaise on the other piece, then lettuce. Close it or place it on the other half. vegetable burger is ready to be served.
